We finally had a chance to get away after a busy spring (and by we, I mean Tang finally had time).  Charleston was a great city to visit and enjoy the culture and food.  I had not been to the area since I was in my early twenties and didn't have an appreciation for things.  We enjoyed our time visiting Magnolia Plantation and exploring the historical parts of the city.

We had several good meals, but the best was at Husk.  The Glazed Pig Ear Lettuce Wraps were awesome and house made charcuterie was a generous portion of quality meats.
