Grand Bahama

When you decide to take a trip to the Bahamas less than a month before your December 28th arrival, you are at the mercy of the available accommodations - we made the best of it and enjoyed the diving.  Far and away the best food we had was in at Bertha's; a simple beach shack within walking distance from our room. 

When we asked for a menu, we were told there was none.  "We serve cracked lobster, cracked conch, and chicken."  Chicken!?, who orders chicken?!
